Hi faizjohan, i think experience will increase your master value but not the other way. They may view you as still 1 year experience even you are with master. Unless you continue to grow your experience then your master will bring in some value.

Have been working for silverlake for the 4rd month.
I must say that the thing that you will find it difficult to cope and adjust is the company has so many companies and not everything are shared and transparent to the group.

Each company also have their own culture and depending on the company you are in you might find it different from what was described by other companies.

Probably a business analyst.. I'm not too sure..
Because like I said the companies have many companies with many different ways of working culture..
Thus not easy to get a sense what what is happening in the surrounding.
