Received a call from a headhunter, asking me to go for an interview with Silverlake HR manager at a public cafe, after office hours... I felt weird, does Silverlake does interview at public area ?

I had an interview on Tue.and they offered me programmer position on next day.I have few question to ask.

1. Except from medical, parking allowance, any benefit else?
2. How do I know which team I assign once I confirm with them?
3. If I confirm the offer, is it I need to go their office to take offer letter and sign on it?

What is the dress code for silverlake?

formal attire for mon-thu. casual attire (jeans + polo t) on fridays.

Wanna know 1 thing. Do all the subsidiaries in silverlake have the same kind of benefits and HR policies? I most likely will get called for an interview at QR Retail, and I read is a silverlake subsidiary. So just wanted to know if anyone is familiar with this.
