For me I bought because of the view, can see the entire KL skyline which is priceless. Dedaun is good location too and also high ground. May be at 40th floor can also have kl skyline as well. I love view 😊 |

As I guess, there would be 6 units per block, 3 units per lifts. In each 3 units part would have 1 big unit around 2000~2400 sqf with north facing, 2 middle units around 1600~1800 sqf with south facing.
They would know the units have more than 2500 sqf are not easy to sell even in Mont Kiara. 1500~2000 sqf is the best option for both developer and buyer. I just hope Asia Quest would use good quality interior materials. I cannot find anymore good quality materials since a few years. Especially the made by UEMs are so terrible. I never buy and live there. |

I prefer the Kiaramas area too... just not sure how is this new development.Also, Allevia is deeper inside JK3/4 Kiaramas Danai is nice but there are certain things that put me off - too small shower area, separate car park building, etc but i guess nothing is perfect |

As I surveyed many residents in Mont Kiara, I find they don't interest in this sadly. Almost of them worry about a high density. Some are disappointed it doesn't have a private lift. (same as other new condos) High density might be a huge obstacle to decide to buy for me, too.
I find a lot of Mont kiara residents would like to buy and live in a "condo" with a private lift, low density no matter how expensive. I hope also many developers plan and build new condos with this type in MK. |

This area (Jalan Desa Kiara) will no longer be quiet and exclusive , given the new Serene Kiara bungalows inside of Jalan Kiara 7. There are rumours that PP1AM will also be built next to Cendana. You have to buy high levels, otherwise your unit will be at same height with Penchala toll plaza. It seems to be next to the toll offices

They will rebuild a sales gallery near the project and open and sale it soon.
But they won't construct this project for a while, maybe few months or 1 year. I just heard these news. Just note, don't trust much. |
