I see, would the first be cheaper than other rows? Or first row don't need to pay for security fee?

Last time when i bought the house, the 1st row (under phase 1) have additional discount, not sure its still available or not.

As i aware, the 1st row will be using the existing guard services for the housing area just beside our housing area (to be confirm). However i think the security fee need to pay too.

Do you mean they need to pay double security fee, the existing and the one for marque itself??

Thanks Karen for the inside pics but how did you even manage to go in? 😟

Being informed that showroom is delayed instead of supposedly end of Feb.

3rd brother: just want to know after how long you signed the bank agreement till the first interest payment made?

Hello, do add me in if there is any whatapps group for owner.
I m owner of 4th row (yellow colour).
I was shocked with the leashold issue left with 80+ years during signing of snp. Somehow, we decided to get a unit here despite this issue.

Hi Wyen922, which unit you purchased at the 4th row? Mine was same row with yours smile.gif

interested to buy this, but worry that it might costs a lot more in renovation for landed property (compared to high rise)

thats for sure. landed somehow cost more for reno. if you are going with minimalist with not much of wet work, you should set off around min 100k for wood work and electrical. as for fittings such as tv, cctv, alarm, kitchen stove, microwave, oven, hobs and etc (movable item) - should set you off approximately 70k - 100k depending on the brand you are going for. A Samsung 65" vs Hisense 65" for instance got price gap already =)
