May I know how bad/loud the surau sound will affect Marque jalil? If its really very loud then all of the buyer jz dun mind? Sorry to ask, no experience stay nearby surau.

It is very subjective and each person had different acceptance level of noise sensitivity. Some ppl can live like a log even with loud noise.

currently they are doing the road and piping outside.
probably it will be completed by phases every quarter of the month, total of 3 phases.
calculation is based on actual VP without LAD to the owners after adding the MCO extension granted by the government.

most probably remain less than 6 units.
