To revive this discussion, on hand sub sale units pricing info update for ya'll that thinks b.kinrara too steep and looking for alternatives
all brand new complete still virgin house all face south north east only... takde west facing one
intermediate 1.2mil - 1.35mil (dont shot me owners asking price) End lot unit 1.55mil - 1.6mil Corner units on hand 1.7 - 2mil (some good units on hand)
