Compared to the previous generation, yes, it's lower, but not as low as Civic. Nonetheless, the seat can be adjusted to be higher thru the automated seat control switch. This is for driver seat only.

Btw.. is there any common problem that the new altis face?

Any promotion of Altis G spec? Hear from friend that need to wait two to three months after booking, everyone rushing for SST waive.

Mine booking on early Jan, car collected on end Feb.

No special promotion when I booked in Jan.

How much rebates are they giving now? And how long waiting period?

I done the test drive last Thursday. SA deducted 1.5K and expected delivery date is mid/end of June.
SA said if cannot get the car by June.......UMW may come out with other "rebate"....just guessing.

I saw ad from mudah.com.my, the price is much lower but only at KL.
Due to CMCO, I can't cross state to KL.

Overall, this car is really comfort drive, simple and nice.

which branch of dealer showroom did you go to?

I went to Jelutong road SD Tama branch.

Heard that it is long queue now to wait for the car..

I got mine after 3 weeks. Toyota Manjung able to reserve a car for end of March delivery.

I heard from my friend at KL, he only managed to book low spec for Altis.

behind the rear view mirror?
I think it is called the windscreen third visor frit, to block the sunlights in between the two fold down visors..althought some people say that is the antenna..not really sure on this.
