i always create route in strava..it will be auto synced to my wahoo bolt one..i buta jalan..so must use route always unless is cycling in familiar kesas la..hahahaa..keep lots of route in my strava that i created from other ppl's ride..

this fella very rajin ride one..last time when i first started, i also wanna join him..just his distance too far for me that time..and yes he don talk gear..what bike also can join..then his objective is fun ride together, not PR ride.. and he really ride alot..not just asking ppl to buy new bike, component, groupset, etc..he is not looking for performance upgrade..

some spend alot for bikes but don really ride.. some ride alot but dont look for performance gain, some ride alot and lusting for performance increment..

- ride for fitness - as long as got ride regardless of speed/distance
- ride for fun - join group rides for chats/socialize/makan, mostly ride at comfortable pace and chat A-Z about bike/gear/aero/gadgets/etc
- ride for PR - join fast group, looking to break every PR on the route, seeking best avg pace/normalized power, mostly ride at threshold/above threshold limits, chat about training, breakthrough, techniques/performance gain/etc
- ride for touring - seeking the thrill of going into unknown, riding for hours to new places and meet new friends, training for audax
- ride alone - rider without friend, wait no one, no one wait for u.. hahaha rclxm9.gif

It can limit the number of days in a row someone can train, and how long it takes to recover from a block. The more you’ve trained, the more you can train. This is where individualized training plans make a big difference. After three or four weeks of dense block training, a solid week of easy and fun rides (and for off-road riders, technique work) will ensure readiness for the next block.

yes yes.. just random no.1 saja, tapi this one is 1/40.. means got 40 in my list yang attempted.... also just syok sendiri la.. and will keep reattempt for PR whenever i passby that route again.. quite thrilling and exciting one.....

me also in category yellow overweight now, last year was in obese category and slowly moved down.. tongue.gif janji still can kayuh and run.. later it will go down slowly.. just consistently workhard..
