if u really wanna get to 100km, need to be consistent with ur weekly rides. thats all it takes, in most cases.
*
agreed..consistency is the key.. have a goal and work toward your goal!

Are we suppose to zero offset the power meter every ride?
*
I got do for my Assioma la..

QUOTE
For Power Meters, you should run a Zero Offset each time you start a ride.

Previously i got one from Decathlon.. RM15 saja.. can be left/right sided..

Anyone tried this tube before? the unthreaded ones.. since no thread then will have no nut to lock it to rim.. will keep rattling or not?

You need to keep up with aero wheel bruh
*
I used 88 for 1 year+ as my only wheelset.. so far it is really impacted by wind even from those fast moving vehicle..
the front wheel can really sway quite drastically if the vehicle passby is big enough and in high speed even it is separated by 1 lane apart..
Got few occurrence of near fall off but so far never been blown away before.. strongest wind was at the long stretch of straight road at Morib area to Tg Sepat..

Anyone mind sharing what are the saddle height fitting you know ? (Just curious how do you all fit the saddle height, cuz I might be setting mine too high I think, the first thing I look at roadbike frames are the seat tube first, sometimes or most of the time, the frame size, TT length, and all are perfect to me, jus that seat tube + max saddle height is not suitable)

1) inseam * 0.855 (according to the latest fb video by Tsen)
2) inseam - 10cm (I saw this from a cycling forum, I canโ€™t recall where)
3) align crank arm with the seat tube, then straighten leg until the heel can touch the cleats (this is the method Iโ€™m using to fit my height)
*
If lazy to drive out, can try the one by Tsen.. i saw the video too, quite ok macam..
