if u really wanna get to 100km, need to be consistent with ur weekly rides. thats all it takes, in most cases.

Are we suppose to zero offset the power meter every ride?

For Power Meters, you should run a Zero Offset each time you start a ride.

Anyone mind sharing what are the saddle height fitting you know ? (Just curious how do you all fit the saddle height, cuz I might be setting mine too high I think, the first thing I look at roadbike frames are the seat tube first, sometimes or most of the time, the frame size, TT length, and all are perfect to me, jus that seat tube + max saddle height is not suitable)

1) inseam * 0.855 (according to the latest fb video by Tsen)
2) inseam - 10cm (I saw this from a cycling forum, I can’t recall where)
3) align crank arm with the seat tube, then straighten leg until the heel can touch the cleats (this is the method I’m using to fit my height)

May I ask what profile are these rims? 
 

Are they same in both pictures? Looks like got a bit different.
