All new launch landed in Kinrara will get crazy responds from buyers due to location and very limited units available for choose (less than 100units)…compared other development that can offer few hundred units every launch…balloting is really depend on luck… l been missed out Sapphire BK8…. That time only 530k for intermediate 22x75…..this time may try my luck again… 400k deposit is ready for this time balloting

Frankly speaking, Legasi series have the worst location in Bandar Kinrara… but no choice … people still like landed house…and it located at very prime location… if still people said is crazy pricing… they can compare other location… like Cheras, Taman Melawati… all above 2 mil (but is 3 storey)…

Im fact alot find thats the best given its where all the semi d like Qaseh is located and bungalows.
It is also the nearest double storey series to Pav BJ

Btw can forget about balloting L4, bumi allocation 50% and only 44 units available in total!

The is the road in front of Legasi 1, today at 5pm, and generally this road is in bad condition.

What are your thoughts? Is the developer going to rectify this?

They dug the road to change water pipe last few months ago . I guess it should be fixed soon.

They don’t even take ur cheque , just upload the picture . So yes it’s refundable coz you r u submitting picture of your cheque.

Yeah and they have been sprucing up the landscape there with nicer plantations and bicycle lane
