They don’t even take ur cheque , just upload the picture . So yes it’s refundable coz you r u submitting picture of your cheque.

I'm not familiar with the requirement of Bumi allocation (ie compulsory %) but read through this forum about 50%, why is it that high any idea?
Is it regulation or purely developer choice of allotting half of it? Just don't understand if no take ups, why allot 50% for Bumi?

Mine is L2 and i bought it coz got maid room and just nice

I realize L4 they try to create area to work from home as the trend now as you can see they put some placement of workstations at both floors in plan and visual which is interesting!
But the location is less ideal with the high rise right opposite!

For 44x75 (corner unit with land inclusive) i got it at 1.398 after discount.

and now 22x80 intermediate already launching at 1.28 onwards..

Subsale is for cash rich ppl... Trying to do comparison if Legasi 4 is a worth buy or not.  Or buying subsale frm Legasi 1 - 3 is better since the land is higher.

Yea the land n L1- L3 is the best given the gradient and its nearer to the entrance and exit.
I feel new buyers will avoid buying L4 in subsale if given the chance to compare with L1 L2 l3..
