The progress is fast but behind schedule, how can that be?? Got released unit aldy?

I agree, but i did enquire and potentially materials shipped from overseas delay causing this late delivery..
I think all bumi units released already..

My guess is maybe delay 1 or 2 months. Progress looks quite good considering lockdown. They probably just inform 5 months to underpromise and be extra safe.

Anyhow I rather delay few months than rush construction n all kinds of problems pop up later on.

I agree actually, if 1 or 2 months would be reasonable.
Heard of cases where tiles are cracking and popping or structure uneven.
Lets hope none of this happens for legasi!

they said left bumi lots...not sure if the rest will be reopen...

Doubt the bumi units will be converted to non bumi as there is quota to adhere.

That 1 not sure..but theres a group too for lagenda in LYN. But not as active here i guess given the demand not as popular as legasi too...

Ya, i stopped near the ltat apartment n cross the road to see. Lol.

The L1 first 2 houses near the entrance exterior looks 90% done already. L2 mayb 80%, cus still got the green netting covering.

Trees should be kept gua. Or not earlier also chop down already. I'd say the wall would be 1.5 storeys high at the highest point which was near where I took the pic...

Indeed! I think its 1.5 height too at the highest point and lower gradually.
as for the show house.. i believe its referring to mock house then..
