I just bought a Xbox console and got an ultimate gamepass sub, I have 1 gb connection ( wired ) .
So far I’ve played Indiana jones and the game froze up , the console itself was ok
Yesterday my nieces were playing another game and it just existed by itself . Is this a common thing or my console has issues

The freeze is like how ?

Sometime game do freeze but if still can press the "Xbox logo button" of the CONTROLLER and summon the dashboard, then probably can just verify again the game data or redownload.
In this situation can just press the "three line" button and quit the game.


If totally freeze and require hard reboot by holding the "Xbox logo button" of the CONSOLE then it's kinda like lemon console?
Does the seller give warranty ?

as mention by TongCN, if you still cannot go home by using xbox logo button, the console itself my be the problem.
may be try to hard reboot (switch off power and on again) will help?

some says that MS is focusing on next gen console, which probably gonna be the last ever console.
it can use steam and "other pc store" direct on the console.
so xbox next gen + xsx and all the backward compatibility + steam all in one device.
it becoming a pc, finally.
