Gotham knights is just badly optimised. The digital foundry review of the game just straight up compares it to Arkham Knight which came out so long ago but still looks better? You cant blame the XSS for that.

You can play the same games on XSS and XSX for one very simple reason. MS doesn't care if people buy more xsx or xss as long as they are on Gamepass and Gamepass is where all the value is. MS is not a hardware company, they sell services. If they only allowed MS officce to work on Windows PCs, their installed user base would be so much lower. Instead it runs on Macs, browsers, mobile phones - everyone uses it Their plan for gamepass is very similar, play on console, pc and mobile. The difference between XSS and XSX just depends on whether you care for 120hz 4k and all the other bells and whistles. For a lot of people that doesnt matter if they can get a good experience with the game. And gamepass does provide great experiences - for a lower hardware entry price.

I'd be cursing if gamepass was just xboxlive gold with more free games but the value is so much better. Compared with PS which seems stuck in the last generation model demanding a royalty off every USD70 game they sell, gamepass just seems to make more financial sense.

Gotham Knights performing badly shouldn't be blamed on Series S. Arkham Knight was released on base Xbox One in 2015, and it looks better than Gotham Knights, runs better, and also ran on an older version of Unreal. I can't agree on the Series S example would make it hard to sell Series X.

I still will point back to how PC scene is. By that logic, if an RTX3060 can also run the latest games, will it be hard to sell an RTX3090? Same with how there are many TVs to choose from. If an RM2000 TV can still be used to play PS5, won't it be hard to sell an LG OLED?

There's nothing wrong with offering options to consumers. If people stopped buying the Series S altogether, I believe Microsoft would eventually discontinue it and maybe come up with a new SKU. Let the market decide, rather than leaving it to publishers. Remember the PSP Go? It was so badly received that its shelf life was cut short prematurely.

I'm thinking should I get the XBOX series S instead. Bcz cheaper
If I get the series X, the price I can get PS5 too
What I more concern is the games I prefer to play
And also the remote controller on PS5 that has the haptic feedback that give u better experience

am using arctis 7x, so far no complain from me except once in a blue moon will have some connectivity issue,
but can be solved by simply move my ass to the console to unplug & plug back the dongle

The issues with nova pro is it uses sonar which isn't available on the console so you aren't maxing out the headset full capability.

isn't sonar is just the software for PC, so there's no way you'll be able to use it on the consoles

since it's compatible with almost any headset on PC, so it's not exclusive to the Nova Pro only.

For me, Dolby Atmos for headset on Xbox is already very good for me
and since it support tempest audio on PS5 as well, that's another plus point for me

if it isn't damn difficult to sell off my Arctis 7x and Arctis Pro wireless, I would have grabbed this Nova Pro Wireless already

Plague requiem graphics is absolutely stunning. the details of the character and environment i believe will not lose to God of war lol. And xbox is superior, as always. And another thing that ps5 will not have, xbox play anywhere.

I have my PC at home, and xbox at brunei. so easy to move around seamless, hopefully more titles to support that features in the future.

yup. and vice versa. Altho no raytracing etc but the lightings is so good man. can understand also why is only 30/40fps on console. Because on pc i use 4k reso with DLSS, also getting sub 60fps. but then since is not fast paced game i don mind it to run on 30fps also.

Supposedly they are working on raytracing suport right? I watched the Digital Foundry video where they mentioned raytracing support on PC.

i dont see such option on pc. only ambient occulusion and SSR. probably work in progress. but cant imagine with raytracing the FPS will dip until like wat lol. i think without raytracing is already very good la for outdoor. probably more diff indoors, the lighting real abit.

not a fast pace game, so 30fps is acceptable.
so far did not suffer any frame drop or stutter.

Yeah not yet. But it should be coming soon. I remember seeing an Nvidia video about the game having RTX features, and I was right. I hope I can turn on everything with 4K, at 60fps or better.
