I guess I'm not missing anything by turning into offline player only exclusively.

I still remember my very first online match on Xbox. On the big ass OG Xbox. With the big ol' Duke controller.

It was then upgraded to the experience online on the first Gears of War. I still remember how I was accused of "camping", because my weapon of choice being a sniper rifle. I prefer the finesse of killing you silently over a distance where you can't touch me, versus the  rowdy visceral kills with the Lancer Assault Rifle. Sure, chainsawing someone always feels good, but I'm the type that don't like to feel exposed, I dont trust anyone but myself to cover for me when I'm running-and-gunning-and-shotgunning or splitting you in half with the Lancer.

Hence being accused of "camping" and preferring headshot kills by sniper rifle. This way, if I die, it's by my own fault, not others.

See? Even back then people are being douchebags online, telling you how you should play instead of you choosing yourself how you want to play.

Because of work and other responsibilities, I'm online at weird hours. I cannot set time like normal people to come online at set time at set day. I play when I can, when I have free time.

That's why I mostly play on my own terms, on my own time, resulting in playing mostly against the general population online, who are unfortunately majority douchebags.

Of course if there are friends online you invite them to play together. But that's the best case scenario, and life is never "best case scenario".

I'm planning to buy an XBox controller. Is this unresponsive button issue on the 2021 XBox S/X controller fixed? Does the bug happen on the older 2019 XBone controller? Is there better controller that is at the same price?

I think Xbox actually wanted to buy Nintendo sometime back from some rumors but likely they’re not selling hence it didn’t fall through.

few things you need to check, go to network see if you are on NAT: Open, if not you can try restarting router & modem see if it stays Open, else you may need to set port forwarding on your router.

same goes to tom clancy extraction, unable to get into ubisoft login page, it will go back to title screen
is your router set to google dns? do you have issue connection to ubisoft on other platform like PC? i know some unifi users do have problem connecting rockstar/ubisoft server/launcher due to international routing issue

If this is like Smartdns proxy, then that's most likely the culprit. I used to subscribe to them for bypassing geolocked content. But I notice my Xbox Live status always showing as unreachable when I point to Smartdns IP. I can access the Xbox store but not join online games. The problem is that sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The issue immediately goes away after I change the DNS + reboot my router.

Yeah Unifi having issues now. I can't use Netflix at all. And slow browsing in general.
