It seems like the site slow progress/no progress......

When was the original date of delivery?

31/12/2023 based on here, https://residensiwilayah.kwp.gov.my/projek/55

But after some of us has spoken with the site manager, he said will complete on 31/12/2024

Any reasons given by him for the slow/no progress?

No Money lor. haha. This developer financial not good. Same as their Salak South project. Progress slow like hell. 2018 until now haven't complete the project.

Heard that the developer is in some kind of financial troubles.

Anyone still has the contact number for this developer?

Saya terima banyak aduan dari pembeli satu projek Residensi Wilayah yang sedang dimajukan syarikat Impero Land.
Ramai pembeli melihat tiada kemajuan di tapak sudah beberapa bulan. Ramai yang membuat aduan dengan. Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur dan KPKT Malaysia.
Mutakhir, ada pembeli yang terima notis penalti dari Impero Land kerana tidak membuat progress payment. Hal yang berkait bank, peguam dan pemaju mengapa libatkan pembeli?
Pembeli (yang ramai dikalangan mereka adalah anak Lembah Pantai) mengadu mohon isu-isu yang mereka bangkitkan diteliti.
Hari ini saya memanggil pemaju untuk dapatkan maklumat tepat, untuk memastikan hak pembeli terjaga, dan memastikan projek ini siap on time.
Kita tak mahu penyakit LCS berjangkit ke sini.

To be frank there were A LOT of red flags for this project from the get go. I still don't understand why some buyers STILL decided to gamble despite the subpar surroundings, dodgy booking practices and questionable developer background. Especially since there were other nearby rumahwip options at that point in time..

Me too. I don't know what to do. First time want to apply loan to buy house but rejected and agent didn't inform earlier. After I realised and applied for refund, I guess it's too late. I called a few weeks ago but the staff cannot confirm when I can get the refund since the first 10 waiting for refund still didn't receive.
