So far is it user friendly ? .. Comes with lots of feature ? .. Coz I saw some users during my daily commute journey, it seems like a boring phone to me. What amaze me is the speed of browsing and navigating of the cellphone unit.

guys, i might be getting 2nd hand viewty soon...i'm still contemplating whether to seal the deal or not for ~RM520 (AUD200) for a one month old viewty...is there any good reviews and pros/cons on it??

my personal comment on Viewty:
pros:
1. Cool and stylish design
2. Responsive touch sensitivity, can use with thumb or fingernail (without the need of stylus)
3. Nice video playback with Divx support but i think it's limited to 320X240 only
4. Manual focus mode for taking photo (but the manual focus works very slow)
5. Light weight
6. Nice OS interface

cons:
1. Poor camera quality (producing average file size of 800KB)
2. Photo taken at night produce a lot of noises
3. Camera flash not strong enough
4. Very lag when browsing file storage (when you store many files in it)
5. SMS tone very short
6. Battery empty very fast when frequently using camera (last about half day++)
7. Do not put photos with file size over 1MB into the phone to view it, it will become very very very lag when you browse through photo gallery
8. Memory card not hot-swapable. You have to remove the battery to gain access to the memory card.

ya...because found out that K850i is much better than Viewty..
cant accept the camera and speed of Viewty
that's y i change back to K850i..

Here my story for viewty happen in last few week.

i did send my phone to kelana jaya LG service centre after my itch hand playing with TOTO thing and end up with yellow screen.

after 1 week of waiting, they call me up and told me it is mainboard ic problem n need rm480 to change the mainboard and he say thats the only way since he already try flashing n it not work.

wtf?? i just reflashing only n when i pass to them is still in a yellow screen, how can it be a mainboard problem?? n rm480... i rather to get another 2nd viewty.

so i just get back my viewty without fixing the mainboard. n try to look for firmware by myself from internet.

and thanks to mygreatphone.com, my phone now is back to work, but it become a europe firmware. and it is so easy to follow step by step to flasing it and i don't know why the service centre ppl are so useless and just ask me to change the mainboard.

just to share it, is a very useful site with you all.

Sorry to mention, mine is KU990R version not KU990.. anyway.. thanks for the link...
i been trying to search for "R" version chinese firmware for some time..
too bad no one share it in the net, only a few ppl share their "LGAPP" backup but it can use for flashing.

oh I thought you want KU990 firmware. If I found any KU990R firmware I'll let you know.
