Nope.
Nope.

Japanese culture is too good.

Everybody can create animation, its not that superhard.

But the script, storyline, environment, culture that’s the hardest part.

100% agree.
Animation quality is just money.

A Jewish girl in Shanghai is one of the anime made in China highly influenced by Hayao Miyazaki. They're getting better.

What about Korean animation? I think I remember a lot of DC animations are Korean-based.
Regardless, animations are usually surrounded by harsh working conditions and low pay. Much like game development.

Westerners love Korean animators so much cos they can deliver at a very cheap price under scrunch timing. I remember a lot of my childhood animations are also done by Korean studios. Those movie-to-series cartoons like Evolution, Godzilla: The Series, MIB. To the ones like Extreme Ghostbusters, Jackie Chan Adventures are all done by Koreans iirc.

I do agree with the sentiment that China might have high-quality animators, but it wouldn't mean much cos they don't have visionary writers.

Animation quality? Yes

In terms of content? Sorry, but Japanese anime has a lot to choose from to suit your tastes.

Just make sure script writers for TVB from 80s to 90s write the story. China audience liked Terminator GeniSys and Transformers so i am afraid what story that China will produce.

Go and watch King's Avatar animation, both episodes and movie.

Their quality is almost Japanese anime level if not, close enough now.

This I have to agree with you, but they take so long to come up with the second season OVAs, then the 3rd season...
