Digi's VCash ewallet already died in 2019.
You can register your interest for another Digi's ewallet, Happy Prepaid MasterCard.
https://www.gethappy.my/
Definitely a MasterCard can be used to pay TNB

Find seller with carousell protection

Fee is 2%, can use grabpay, you click received when the payment is reflected in your mytnb app.

Nope this list only applies to Pos Online WEB.
And their web platform only accepts FPX payment if I'm not wrong.

Pos Malaysia has 3 platforms for bill payments: Pos Online Web, Pos Online App & PAM kiosks.

All 3 platforms have different billers and accepts different modes of payments

OK guys if i don't want to drive out from house, what's the 2nd best way to pay TNB at home? Right now I'm paying using OCBC Titanium which gets 1% cashback. Any better alternative?

Pay direct using TNB website or app. Use cards like PBB VS, QMC or Affin Duo Visa.
