I have not use it before, so can't be sure. But it seems to good to be true. Can pay utility bills and earn commission? A bit like pyramid scheme don't you think?

They are definitely not like Fave where Fave doesn't hold any money. Fave are enablers. Gopay is more of a wallet. Unless they can show that they are BNM approved, i'd be careful.

If it's too good to be true, it most probably is.
Anyway, like any schemes, the early adopters will always make some money.

Thanks for sharing. So we need to use credit card to reload the wallet, then use the funds in the wallet to make payment?

The main selling point of this wallet is the commission?
*
There are 3 method to top up your GOPAY wallet which is online banking, Boost and offline wallet.

You can only use all the money within the apps only to pay bills, mobile reload and etc.

When you pay bills or mobile reloads, you will earn very little cashback for example I pay TNB bills will get about RM0.16 cashback.

The commission is to share your referral code to other and when they made payment, you will earn some commission as well.

Are they storing the fund or just passing through like Fave?

there is e-wallet you need to top up first then only use to make payments.

It will redirect to Boost login page and will need to enter your mobile number and password, then with transaction PIN.

I see. So it is a "payment" indeed.
Have you done any bill payment yet? Is the payment updated quick enough?

Boost will get shake reward as well.
I have done couple time TNB bill payment, and it will reflect in TNB website within 30mins.

One bad thing is this app can't pay bill in cents, if your total bill is RM99.80 then you need to pay extra 20 cents to make it RM100.

daniel20588 I can only make 1 transaction per day. When talk to GoPay rep, he said only 1 transaction per day and only 5x per month. What is your experience? How many times can you make payment in a month?

1X per tnb account per day, limit to 5x per month for same account

So you can pay 2 separate tnb accounts on same day no issue

The Pos Malaysia office near my house has the same machine but without the eWallet stickers. I tried to give it a go but apparently there's only option for cash payment even though there's a built-in barcode scanner like the one in the image. hmm.gif

any updates on the locations of the pos laju kiosk machines that accept e wallet
