I have 4 payment for TNB using TnG ewallet but then only received 3 times cash back of RM5 0n 04/02/2020. How come?

Yea, my point is, you'll only be eligible to get 3 * RM5 rewards for retail transactions, hence the reason you didn't get any cashback for your 4th transaction.

Got good news from epay, they are fixing the TNB payment issue.

Seems not all machine for now have e wallet payment
The company has also conducted a soft launch of its cashless payment initiative by enabling three e-Wallets at selected Pos Automated Machines (PAM) to accept Touch N Go e-Wallet, Boost and Maybank QRPay for bill payments to eventually 30 billers or agencies. The move, which will be expanded across all Pos Malaysia channels including post office counters, website, and mobile application in the near term is in line with the country’s direction towards a cashless society. The new core system is expected to be fully operational by mid-2020, with supporting sub-systems to follow.

I check many e-wallet no payment for TNB, so i skip.
But Im in Sabah.
Sabah Electric got it. I think for Sarawak ppl, Sarawak Electric also can.
Which E-wallet better rebate or point?
1) GrapPay
2) Boost
3) TnG
4) Or Other like ShopeePay or etc

Electric Bill consider govern so i think CC no rebate or etc. so i choose Ewallet.

By the way. Maxis Home Broadband tooo. Which ewallet better? Just successfuly apply and using it

Not sure about Sabah Electric but TNB is under utilities (MCC 4600) not government.
