no idea. unless they are referring to initial launch's quota. after that can sell to any race unlike ASM 2

For selling there is no mention i guess is no limit if by bank. Cash withdrawal limit should be rm25k

If need to file bnm, it should be asnb to do so with the “know your customer” declaration form.

banks and other financial institution would be doing their own reporting if the transacted amount goes above the reporting threshold. You do not need to do any reporting to them
