With the Hibah , you only need 21 days to disimburse the money/unit to your loved ones... with the charge of course by ASNB.

If you don't write the Hibah,
just write on your will
at 2 months your will - read
then 5% charge by the lawyer ,
then you have the probation geran at 6 months.
With disimbursement up to 18 months.

If you don't write any will, your loved ones will need to wait up to 3 years for the amount, not including 5%+++ lawyer fees.

Total asset worth 500k = charged 3875
Total asset worth 1 M = charged 5125

vs Probation letter 4k

You achieved 1k ++ saving but waste the 1k on Time Value.
For me, the speed of disbursement is more vital.
21 days vs 6 months, time has value too.

need to ask master-master sekalian about it.

But for me, i value time value / flexibility a lot.
There is a reason why i choose ASNB FP instead of dumping into KWSP
Flexibility.

There are just sometimes, once in the life time, you need that money, either urgently or a darn good deal which is time limited appears in front of you.
and if you don't have the cash, the opportunity goes. and it doesn't knock your door oftenly.

Example, i bought neighbour house from him under market price, 50% cash, 50% loan, because his company has problem financing (cashflow)
and he continue to rent from me.
Those are the times that cash availability is very very very handy to use.
