Anyone encounter this error code 100 before?

This is not the usual 1001 error where you need to wait for 5mins.

"T ransaksi tidak berjaya. Sila hubungi Pusat Khidmat Pelanggan ASNB di talian 03-7730 8899. Kod Rujukan Gagal: 100 "

This happened to me only for asm1 around 4pm till 6pm today.

Even after 5mins to 1hour of waiting when try to buy again will immediately get this 100 error. Didn't even let me try to click 10x on asm1.

Today app seems to have lots of bugs.

Called the customer service they say nothing wrong with my acc but since it's after 6pm already now they asked me to try again tmrow.

Yes, the app is very problematic today. Encountered error so many times just when purchasing the units. Lost out in the end. Guess it couldn't handle too many prompt
