Ohh now the policy changed??
Previously only those subscribe to ASNB wills services gets in units... Those using High Court letters orders all in Cash...
Good to have in units 👍
As for transfer... This only can be done in ASNB office... Need to fill up form....
From my understanding.... IC is needed for verification purposes.... So you need to be there too... Fill up transfer form. Got some fee need to paid too....
Previously all these can be done online, but some people go abuse them... Either selling off their units at premium & have cases of illegal transfer of old folk units holdings by their children or grandchildren.....
My experience transferring a few k to someone else at CIMB
Bring own IC, receiver name & ASM account number
Receiver did not present
No form to fill just jot the details in a pc of paper for the counter to do the work

Sure even better.... Cheaper too... Because it's not based on total amount balance percentage....
But you need to confirm with respective ASNB office first....
Keep changing as they like... Earlier say need PA only get in units... Now without also can get in units....
Good that you put up a disclaimer 'But you need to confirm with respective ASNB office first....'

Since no b & w you never know the practice could also change as they like
