Initially the agent called me regarding there is extra cash rebate with be offer by developer because they would like to revised the new selling price but she did not share the new price. Only told me there will extra 30K - 40K cash back but they need to calculate first for the final amount of cash back. Then i think should be fine since they gave more cash back.

I did went there as secret shopper few weeks ago then aware the new selling price is cheaper 80K compared with the time i bought.

Unfortunately, i didn't call there to complain. Will it works?? I'm just trying to look around for the legal advice. I just felt that we're get cheat.

Perhaps outcome of PR1MA complains on the massive discount offered will set the barrier of whether there is ground to complain and get compensation, when you signed on dotted page you should be convinced you are paying the right price.

I noticed not much people discussing the new project surrounding sg long and especially this three projects by SYF. Is it because the buyer fed up with their purchase??

SYF also developed the Kiara Plaza (service apartment) located in the Semenyih and seems not much complain from the thread and google review.

Could be sg buloh more near KL. Example desa park city. Everyone prefer there i suppose.

Sg long accessibility still yet consider extend in all directions at the moment but i think once the EKVE is open and will ease the traffic within BMC and sg long.

That day i went to the show room as secret shopper and the agent told me, the developer going to build a road connecting to the twin palm from the road near Alstonia residence.

yeah~finally loan approved~ so many hassle~

Rhb - 4.25% without mrta
Uob - 4.25% with refubdable mrta
Public bank - 4.15% with mrta 30k

Choosing time~ gonna go look at mortgage forum now~

They have to lower their price in order to compete with SHL's Sungai Long Residence which was launched much later but cheaper than Alstonia and IRIS, on per sq. ft. basis.

Purchasers of IRIS and Alstonia (early batch purchasers) kena a Joe Frazier left hook and till now still dunno what hit them rclxub.gif

It's sad but that's something that can and will happen. Same goes for those who bought other projects elsewhere, I believe. Developers want to realise cash than holding on to the unsold units, probably expecting the economy will get worse in 2-3 years time.

drool.gif yalo. i went there before chinese new year. quite shock to see the progress. Started to pay interest. stress lo with Covid-19 condition now.

which block you bought?? Few days ago, i noticed they start building up block C. Only one or two floor is built at the moment. Block C buyers should ready to paid the interest.

Block A. Now MCO progress delay lo~ started to pay interest already~ dint opt for moratorium~ interest still accrue~ only no compound interest which is actually insignificant. Interest more pain~

I'm paid almost 4 -5 months interest already. 1.1 - 1.2k roughly.

Good for block C buyer. I suppose they didn't start pay the interest yet since they still yet to start the build the block C.
