Yes, heard left 50++ units. Only left those big units above 1600sqft.

Sounds like textbook answer.

You should take a walk around Lavender next door to see how pathetic it is with leaky units, cracks, poor finishing touches, facilities not useable during VP not even the swimming pool. During VP looked like unfinished project. See Google review for photos. Extra repair work during defect claims, could be avoided if done properly in the first place. Late project delivery (delay >1 year if not mistaken, and this was before Covid existence, so good luck to those affected by Covid). Developer wash hands after VP. Easy peasy.

Was told it is RM0.20 psqft including the sinking fund oh. Nevertheless, even at RM0.22 psqft, it is damn cheap. Cheaper than some RumaWIP projects in Klang Valley.
