i do not know the details but i suspect ALL subscribers who got 800 turbo in late 2017 should have "perpetual" discount by their own promotion principle.
but somehow the records were not made properly, not in order... probably messed up by the sales staff.
then, the billing staff were told to give themselves benefit of doubt - "charge them if u think chargeable".
my own case, i never had proof it was perpetual but i remember i asked during a recorded telecon, reply was "yes, will remain after 24 months".
all biz now hungry for cash... do put up a good fight against the wolves.
if not, b sure u will get eaten alive.
