I see For smaller capacity the cost is slightly higher then
The factory where I was working previously was offered around that figure but at a larger capacity multiple times Guess cannot just simply do a random calculation by dividing RM/kW
Are those roof actually sealed and insulated? If not, wouldn't it be better to design the house for pure ventilation and maybe just plain old fan for cooling? A drafty home is not a good candidate for air conditioning, no?
Yes i can do that too if i want, it's a hybrid system
i suggest you write an article on it, too many people are clueless on the types of system and regulation on it. if they know you can help setup a self-consumption system to supplement the tnb bill for their homestay or something they might want it.

problem is people always want to power aircond using solar and lead acid battery, which is not a great option
will do the video later once i got a lithium with me

people expect too much, having enough solar power to net the power consumption of fridge and fans during the day would greatly help them to not exceed the higher tier of electricity bills
Well, few month ago I started building this new unit at my house after selling 2 of my motorbikes 2 motorbikes which i rarely used sold for this Rumah Solar building expenses and extra money I bought Electric Bicycle
Slowly the house now is going Fully Off-Grid (The Container still using TNB supply) and the Rumah Solar (My Office) Fully Off-Grid The new Rumah Solar will be my new office to do Renewable Energy Business and web development, where I allow people to come and see the real life system (how it works etc) And the power generated is used to Power all appliances inside the house and charge my electric bike
Underneath the house I used it as shaded parking space for 2 compact cars

So, let's watch this intro video, more coming soon: Cost: RM13,800 for Solar System + RM15,000 for the House + e-Bike (Bought directly from guangzhou) Now in my possession 2 electric bikes + 1 compact car, looking forward to own an electric powered car if got enough money haha (which still a dream far to achieve)
are you commercialising this?
if i have land, how much will it cost to build this?
and what e-bike you using? where buy?

the culprit have to go through all 6 busy body neighbors first within my alley and more busy body eyes from the hood if they were lucky to run away, alive if doing something very bad in this area news spread very fast

true, the more we use, the more we pay, that's the logic from tnb, so keeping our consumption at 1st tier is ideal way to go
