I tried to top up via FPX banking, money deducted from my account but it didn't reflect in my account. Anyone faced same issue before? I emailed to customer support, or it would show up later on?

tonight paynet is doing mass FPX cert renewal. i guess their system is compromised or something or system degradation, and impacting all connecting banks.

BP already banned from topup. Only debit can topup GP now?

Not only Debit card, Prepaid cards (except Bigpay) are accepted as well.

Update, the money never came in. I called CS, and they had to manually credit to my account.

May i know other prepaid card other than BP? I only have these two.. Just register GP bcause can use with BP but now..cannot pulak 😑

Since March I have stopped using my 3 acc with balances < 100, and every month rm2.50 service fee was charged n waived.
So currently what do u all normally use it for? Tot of cancelling it b4 fee not waiveable.

There are many prepaid market in the market now, eg Merchantrade Money Visa, Aeon Credit Prepaid, MCash, RHB Prepaid, CIMB-Lazada Prepaid, Maybank Manchester United Prepaid etc.

1st year waived. Last time I used Big Prepaid (predecessor of Bigpay), not every month I would spend on AirAsia, to avoid the inactive monthly fee of RM2.50, I paid RM1 to my electricity account, so I will do the same to Gopayz in the future. I can give the card to my kids to buy food.

I use it for daily shopping

Mine is Unionpay, limited acceptance, really regret getting it.
Would explore these other prepaid cards (Merchantrade Money Visa, Aeon Credit Prepaid, MCash, RHB Prepaid, Maybank Manchester United Prepaid etc.) for additional benefits

I still have one, but I have claimed it before. And I wasn't aware of getting another reward as I hardly use GoPayz.

If the merchant didn’t redeem it on your mobile then it will remain there.

They just need to key in the code on their till and it’s already void for second use.
