My card is in the drawer. RM0.00 until I saw the thread and check my balance become RM2.50 hahaha extra money?

don't use it. mine got the waiver, then got charge the account fee the next day

Anyone cancelled this card? The only way to cancel is contact their CS? Then what happened to the credit balance if any?

Perform at least 1 retail transaction.
Eg pump petrol 10 Sen, pay electricity RM1 (MyTNB, SEB Cares), I did it long time ago for AirAsia Big Prepaid card to avoid the monthly inactive fee.

i call CS to cancel and they ask to submit form.. faint.. i tot they are into digital...

Haha. Same.

When I used my email to submit 2 separate forms for me and my husband, including our ICs and also our registered telephone numbers in case they wanted to verify..... They rejected my email and said that each person must email their own forms separately.

Super face palm since the email can be changed easily on the app, and I did give them phone numbers for both account holders.

So I just complied and cancelled... No regrets since they are definitely not a progressive company.
