Anyone know how to add new debit card to gopayz? I cannot add more card as bigpay already saved in my gopayz app

GP support is so damn slow. My email is still not yet replied since last week. I don't think they have a huge number of customers that need to be entertained.
It's already 2 weeks since I applied for a physical card, and no update at all. |
