go to your order history, click on the order, click on the items u bought

there u can contact youbeli, whatsapp youbeli or contact seller

there is a form to fill to msg the seller through support@youbeli.com

cannot, i show u the msg few more days. XD lol

now working fine after I call to reset. *additionally, I force stop the app, clear all cache/data/ delete app, reinstall before fresh login with restart password. lets see how later.
