Here's my setup at the family's home theater room:





The LCD TV is the Sony Bravia KLV-S40A10.............no HDMI
so far, best setting is 1080i using the component AV cable

I can only setup my ps3 here only when there's nobody home
if my whole family is at home, my ps3 will move to here:





My room / entertainment setup............
really hate playing my ps3 here............crappy tv

bro you could do some research using google... correct me if im wrong, 720p would be good for gaming while 1080i is good for less motion movies

720p is alwiz better than 1080i

There's a HDTV thread in this forum. Just need to use the search feature. I found my answers on this on YouTube. I prefer ones with visual explanation

Its the place where you put your ps3 well ventilated cuz i've read several forums that its best not to put the ps3 in a closed cabinet or tight spots

Anyone using a computer LCD to play their ps3 with? Damn broke right now only can afford an LCD right now.. Mind telling me your setup? Need anything extra beside the stuff that comes with the PS3 when you buy it in order to play on a computer LCD? >_>

I have got a DELL 22" LCD Monitor which can support HDMI in. I bought a 32" Sharp Aquos months later. The 22" just doesn't provide enough kick for HD gaming. My advise is save up a little more and get at least a 32" LCD TV.

Note: I feel that even 32" is not big enough. A 10 cent advise, not 1 cent

Can't wait. MGS4!!! How much and what model is your monitor? Wanna sell it to me?
