yr centre speaker is quite high. it purpose to deliver dialog. it should sound better if put at ear level. just my opinion. btw, yr LCDtv very big. i luv.

PS3 with Dell 24" Full HD Monitor (bought september, pay for 5 yrs warranty, rm 1159) and Sony Home theather HT-DDW685

( they call it Genki set at sony style, rm 999 as well, bought recently + 5 yrs warranty = rm 1189 [After voucher discount]
this 5.2 sound system really rocks....) ,

so far the monitor and the home theather is perfectly fit in my small room

picture will upload once i finish tidy up my room..hehe

p/s: forgot to mentioned, the genki set got 2 sub woffer system is just to mind blowing.....volume max up my whole house's wooden door are vibrating.......somemore, the recent sony xmas & CNY booklet got offer, they giv out rm50 discount for 5 yrs extended warranty voucher. and they are also giving away a pair of free speaker stands, is worth it.)

hi sifus, sorry if this has been asked before, but i got overwhelmed sifting through all the threads and posts here i am thinking of connecting a pair of klipsch gmx a 2.1 speakers to the ps3. how do i go about it? i am currently feeding both video and audio through HDMI to my lcd tv. thanks in advance

connect the av cable (the red n white cable) from ps3 to yr gmx.. then go to sound setting --> custom --> av cable --> lebih kurang gitu kut.

hey thnx for the info jazzman, the av cable also includes the yellow composite (video) connector as well, so i can just ignore that and plug in the audio ones only? thnx again!

My el-cheapo setup. No 5.1 or 7.1 just 2 speakers.....hehehe.....

How come your PS3 AV port so high up to the top of PS3?

My port setup is the same as his. Maybe older revision of the PS3 motherboard. I assume yours is either the first 80/60GB model or the latest MY model?
I'm using SG 40GB btw.
