Did you buy from Lazada's official Apple shop or a different retailer? If it's the former, they have a delivery guarantee. I remember ordering in the morning and receiving it in the afternoon, of the same day. YMMV. Another time it was a day late and I got a compensation voucher

I've had some people tell me I sounded very distant and there was quite a bit of wind noise on my 0G AirPods. If this issue persist then I would probably just wait for the second gen.

How’s the sound quality on the receiving end? Wondering how good it is at dampening the ambient environment noise when you talk.
With the normal cord earphones, I would try cupping the mic and bring closer to my mouth so the receiver can hear me better. I gave up using the 1st gen AirPods because of this. Wondering and hoping the AirPods Pro does a much better with this for conference calls.

Received my airpods yesterday... ordered from Lazada on the 30th March I think... Lazada really slow now because of MCO...

Been listening to it for few hours... on the sound quality side.. I think this earbuds in term of sound quality to listen to music is ... sorry to say... very bad... I have Sony headphone 1000 xm3... no comparison at all...

BUT... it is a very good physical design... I mean very comfortable to use for a long time... and very2 light... feel like the lightest earbud around.... I can see that I will be using the airpods more than the sony... and then the ANC is comparable to sony one.... if you're travelling on an airplane for more than 10 hours... you will appreciate this ANC...

I think apple is a generation or two away from perfecting the airpods... I think apple should concentrate on audio quality for the next airpods pro... then it will be perfect...

Thanks for that! For someone with the XM3, that definitely swayed my decision. The only reason I would get the Pro's now is due to ANC in the form factor. However, considering the current situation, I think I'll hold off.

I bought it knowing I will be disappointed with the music sound quality... after looking at a lot of review... the reviewers keep saying better than previous airpods... so I know what to expect...

but the airpods pro shines at everything else... except for the sound quality...
so I was fighting myself whether to get senheiser momentum true wireless or airpod pro...

finally, thinking about the solid integration of apple eco system that I'm looking for... so I chose airpod... if I want to listen to good music... I turn to Sony....

not sure if it's just me but i find the silicone tips doesn't really fit my ear but can be slightly uncomfortable after a period of time

Got my personalized Airpods Pro today! Ordered last Thursday. Not bad even during this MCO.

In my opinion:
1. ANC is quite good. Still can hear surrounding sound if on low volume (~40%)
2. Sound quality just ok. Nothing to brag about. I think my Beats Solo 3 sounds better.
3. Transparency mode is good. I like this feature.
4. Will be more better if can control volume up/down using the force sensor. (But still can control volume using Siri)
5. I like the eartip design. Very comfortable for long use. Just had a conference call on MS Teams for about 2.5 hours and feels like nothing in my ear. Mic quality is also good. No one complaint about clarity of my voice.

A bit closer to pulling the trigger. Leaning towards the AirPods Pro over the Sony WF-1000XM3 only because it’s easier to switch connections from my personal phone (entertainment) to my work phone (teleconferences).

I think sound better than Airpods 2 but the ANC really makes the difference.

It won't be completely gone, but much less, you will immediately feel the difference if you are used to in-ear.

I’ve been experiencing poor call quality when I used my AirPods Pro, the receiving end told me my voice sounds muffled / very soft. I’ve tried to pair / unpair with my 11 Pro Max but no luck.

Do you experience similar situation and is there any workaround to solve the issue?

a lots better than other in ear i have used before, but it wont completely vent out all pressure
