come on now.
- u kick out LVG

and u expect allegri to improve this shitty MU players?

1. sack ole and just bring back mourinho
2. kick woodward out
3. introduce director of football to backed mourinho
4. sell pogba
5. giv mourinho 3 seasons to fixed MU back to become champion

else., any other than that will make MU become worse until relegated.

As much as I hate Woodward, I have to admit that he is really good at bringing money into the club. The bigger problem is the Glazers. They have been taking money out of the club and not spending enough money back into the club. I will stand with my stance that the club isn't going to improve no matter what if the Glazers is still at the helm and don't change their attitude toward the club. Not Klopp, not Pep, not Mou, and certainly not Allegri will stand a chance with the way they are running things.

Let's be fair. Glazers did take out a lot of $$$ from the club but did they really stop spending on player? Look at how many players they bought after Ferguson era. The constant change of coach will not help. Each coach will bring their own way and style. The best example is the progress of Rashford. Is he a winger or a forward? The constant change has really hampered his progress. When he started under LVG, he showed so much promise but Mourinho turning him into winger confuses him. We seems to forget that he's just 21 years old and should not have been the main forward for United.

Maybe Ole really does not have the experience but you can't say LVG or Mourinho do not have vast experience but the fans were all impatient and too use to success under Ferguson. I still believe LVG would have transform United into a better team given more time. But fans were all saying he is boring. Fans were saying the same thing about mourinho too.

They bought player but not the one the that the manager requested. They bought players based on marketability of said player. Not football skill.

Are you sure? Don't tell me all the players LVG and Mourinho bought was based on marketability. The only player I think they bought on marketability are Pogba and Sanchez. Don't tell me Mourinho did not want Pogba at that time. Every United fans were so happy when he joined. Maybe Mourinho did not want Sanchez but nobody thought he will be a dud after joining us.

The problem we are facing now is really continuity. Ferguson build a few successful team but he has always maintained a few experience players in the team to lead by example. Look at the team we have now. There's no player capable of leading by example. Those older players might not be able to perform all the time but you need them to give confidence to the youngsters and blood the new recruits into the team and culture.

I think the biggest mistake was letting LVG go and replace with Mourinho. Yes, LVG style of play was boring but he was really building a team for the future. If we have not let him go, I believe we would have a top 4 team today capable of challenging Liverpool & City. Mourinho was a big mistake. He is not suitable for teams that is in the process of rebuilding.

United fans are also part of the problem. We are too use to success during Ferguson era and the exciting style of play until we forgot that success does not come instantly. Look at the number of fans who criticise Lukaku when he was with us but now after he left, everybody blame Ole for letting him go. Every season all the fans are expecting big stars to join due to so many rumours created by agents to inflate the players price. Then the fans are complaining about why this player is not playing and that player is not playing. Why youth players are not playing? Do you want to overexpose youth players before they are truly ready? Look at what happened to Rashford.

can't believe you like LVG. do you remember the consecutive run where we have 0-0 draws, and fail to score got 10 or 11 matches in a row? that is the most boring streak ever.

can't deny he seems to KO liverpool easily, which is fun to watch, but toward the end also start losing liao

See this is the exact problems we are facing. Mourinho also had so many boring matches. Now Ole also have such results. Last year, when everyone was calling for Mourinho out, most fans were also saying the same thing.

LVG was building a team for the future. It will take a few seasons before the style will be more effective but the fans want United to not just win but play like Ferguson era. We have to accept reality that those are sweet memories but they are now history. If not, we will become like Liverpool fans.

Tell me, if you remove Ole now. Do you really think changing to another coach will bring success. No matter which coach we bring, it will take at least 3 seasons before we can see success.

If the players stick by ole and says he's good, who am I to say otherwise. I still believe we need 2 to 3 players to change the complete team outlook. 2 fwd players and one mid, not to "bring out the best of pogba", I've given up hope on that social media King and his sideshow Jesse. Rashford still has hope if he changes back to his old self.

Our defense is actually alright, not as bad as it is made out to be. Just some confidence issues.

I agree. Currently, we also are suffering the bad luck of so many injuries. Like I say before, it will take at least 3 seasons before any coach can produce results. Rashford need to be played in a permanent position consistently and not change again as it is making his clueless. 2 or 3 players next season is a must especially midfield and forward. I think it is time to sell Pogba and find someone else. His mind is just not with United and that is why he plays like Jekyll and Hyde.

Most confusing thing for me in Ole is why did he change his tactics/formations that gotten him the job in the first place tho. Is like he's become afraid to lose his job when he become the manager hence the defensive formation (4-2-1-3) now.

IIRC correctly, Moyes only got Fellaini. LVG got 3 big names, albeit 2 are on downturns and 1 is not happy to be here. Falcao, Schweinsteiger and Di Maria. Plus Blind and Depay were the player of the year and top scorer from their own league before joining us. Not to mention Luke Shaw who was on the rise was also bought during this time. Another 3 for possible high marketability.

During Mourinho tenure, we have 3 big names -- Zlatan, Pogba, and Sanchez. Add Mkhitaryan for possible high marketability. And I think we all remember how many times Mourinho keep on saying he wants more players but in the end we end up with what we have.

As far as for Ole's, it looks like we are going to a different directions, trying to spend less money overall, while banking on the existing social media recognition from the existing players. And Woodward attitude sums its all up -- the Manchester United brand is is everything. Caring more about the shareholders bottom line instead of the club reputation.

We are no longer a football club first , but a brand to make money for the owners. The more media exposure the better. This is what our team have become.

I don't blame Woody 100% because he is paid by the Glazers and only doing what is instructed by them. That is why we need new owner first, instead of just sacking Woody or Ole.

You do realize that there are so many players are injured now and the back up players are either not ready or not suitable to play the way.

Ole used those tactic not just recently with the injuries. Is already ~6 months with it iirc. Plus even with our defensive formation, we still leaked goals and very hard for us to score goals. Except Chelsea game, we can't score more than 1 goal.

If Ole is not our ex-legend, i don't think he'll still get to maintain his job with his CV. Iirc Moyes also get the sack within 5 months when we performed badly ya? There are fans that saying they cannot see what improvement or growth that ole can give to the team/players.

Then again by sacking Ole it wouldn't solve the problems. There's need some restructuring at the higher ups too tho. A DoF with FULL authority would be a good start i guess

ole's issue is that he's not building a proper football team, he wants to build a team around pogba. I never liked the idea of building a team around 1 player. So if he's injured, off form or plain suck then what will happen to the team? And who is pogba, he left united once and i'm sure he'll do it again.

if he changes, i don't mind supporting him, but it's been too long. Consistently inconsistent. Brand Pogba is bigger than brand United now.
