And you have to remember we also have to submit report to EUFA for FFP as well. So a fake deal just for publicity isn't really realistic.

As much as I hate Woodward, I have to admit that he is really good at bringing money into the club. The bigger problem is the Glazers. They have been taking money out of the club and not spending enough money back into the club. I will stand with my stance that the club isn't going to improve no matter what if the Glazers is still at the helm and don't change their attitude toward the club. Not Klopp, not Pep, not Mou, and certainly not Allegri will stand a chance with the way they are running things.

They bought player but not the one the that the manager requested. They bought players based on marketability of said player. Not football skill.

IIRC correctly, Moyes only got Fellaini. LVG got 3 big names, albeit 2 are on downturns and 1 is not happy to be here. Falcao, Schweinsteiger and Di Maria. Plus Blind and Depay were the player of the year and top scorer from their own league before joining us. Not to mention Luke Shaw who was on the rise was also bought during this time. Another 3 for possible high marketability.

During Mourinho tenure, we have 3 big names -- Zlatan, Pogba, and Sanchez. Add Mkhitaryan for possible high marketability. And I think we all remember how many times Mourinho keep on saying he wants more players but in the end we end up with what we have.

As far as for Ole's, it looks like we are going to a different directions, trying to spend less money overall, while banking on the existing social media recognition from the existing players. And Woodward attitude sums its all up -- the Manchester United brand is is everything. Caring more about the shareholders bottom line instead of the club reputation.

We are no longer a football club first , but a brand to make money for the owners. The more media exposure the better. This is what our team have become.

I don't blame Woody 100% because he is paid by the Glazers and only doing what is instructed by them. That is why we need new owner first, instead of just sacking Woody or Ole.

After all the press conference talk, I am disappointed by Liverpool performance. I was hoping for more trashing to drop the stock price even more. But what done is done. Very poor performance. Garner played out of position at the left side. Lingard and Mata, non contribution. Substituting Martial and Garner instead of Lingard and Mata. Everyone look lost. Partisan Belgrade played way better.

This is either Ole is a dumb ass, or Ole purposely sabotaging the club to force the club sale. I don't get it at all.

I understand that Martial and AWB is recovering, however with the way the game goes yesterday, Ole should've try to go for the kill earlier. Make the scoreline wider. Reduce the pressure on our player. Should've sub Lingard for Rashford, and replace Mata with Dan James. Then we can have the front pace needed to threaten the opponent side.

Brandon Williams was indeed good but still need to iron out some kinks. Garner was wasted because of played out of position last night. But the sad part is our game is a freaking mess. Like nobody knows what to do. Lack of support, miscommunication, too many sideways and back pass, not enough attempt to beat opponent player. Simply put it, like budak sekolah main bola but with too many side and back passes.

If you watch the match, you can see that Partizan Belgrade played better but no luck. Heck, they are even unlucky two handball in penalty box within a few minutes apart got dismissed by referee. The first handball might be given if a different referee is in charge. Macguire almost twisted his leg kena trick by Soumah. And Asano was very tricky for our defender last night.

All in all poor performance by the team, didn't deserve to win but still win.

Ole need to stop playing with a single striker at the moment. With the kind of performance that we have now, we need 2 upfront. Other team striker love to stay in our penalty box whenever they are attacking, but our striker love to stay outside. Heck, usually no one stays in the penalty box when we are attacking.

Today is an improvement. Big jump from the last match. Glad that Ole didn't pick Mata and Linggu to start. Young should'nt have started too. Fred is looking like he's getting more and more confident.
