Look at the number of fans who criticise Lukaku when he was with us but now after he left, everybody blame Ole for letting him go. Then the fans are complaining about why this player is not playing and that player is not playing. Why youth players are not playing? Do you want to overexpose youth players before they are truly ready? Look at what happened to Rashford.

Yes, it is really a mistake we fired LVG and Mourinho.
They are good in technique plan.
But no trust from players is a reason, players already no trust, how to keep the coach.
Can't fully blame fans and management.
But now is different, OGS really weak in technique plan.
He has long term plan, yes.
But still he is weak in technical plan and training method.
OGS is just not the suitable long term coach we need.
He can rebuild the squad, but he is weak in technical plan.
Unlike Mourinho.
The most important is, players also starting not to trust him.
He no need to prove anything to management and fans.
But he really need to gain back trust from players, even they are not winning.
The one that he wanna keep (3 new players this season, Martial, Rashford, McTominay, Lindelof, etc.)

Or else, keeping him as coach will only make the situation worse.

Look at him at England, brilliant even not scoring much.
