 iPhone 11 PreOrder Problem with Senheng/senq, share your thoughts

I pre order my iPhone on 20 September through senq online store, until now still no news about the delivery process. Item still under processing. Anyone encounter the same problem. Is this problem common cos this is my first time pre order from the company

Unless preorder thru Seng Heng is cheaper, might as well cancel and walk in to any Apple shop or telco.

All models available.

Walked in to a Digi shop yesterday and walked out with a green 11 pro in less than 30 mins

usually the senheng order status on their website are not updated after you have placed your order. try live chat/call them and see. order updates are usually sent by email.

i fed up with their excuses and demand for refund. the cs said its t&c nonrefund and i get apeshit on em.. they cant even confirm time or anything for my order make me so pissed off

for multiple time they try to convince they are right as its 27 “onward”. i said i ordered and it stated “stock ready” and who on earth preorder and wait days after launch?

later that day got mesej saying they cancel n refund my order. but in still waiting

I have issue with Sen Heng also for delivery but it wasn't for phone. Their problem is that their online store like in Lazada Lazmall/official webstore don't seem to talk to their HQ so each time they have to investigate or escalate and then nothing happens. Wait 2-3 weeks for delivery of household item with no update. Then after escalate get them to cancel they try deliver anyways a few days later lol So if you don't want to wait so many weeks I would escalate and demand a refund.

why do they have a pre-order if can't deliver!? oh but then this is Malaysia where incompetence rules. same lame excuses they all give.

Yup, SenQ/Senheng has very good in store services at most branches, but as far as online ordering is concerned, I wouldn’t bother with them. In fact, I would even avoid their store on online platforms like Lazada.

Yeap if you physically go to the store itself, check the stock arrange delivery there then it's alright but if you have to deal with online even their official store you will have headaches. Just check out their profile in Lazada, so many comments and complaints.

Sorry OP and those that pre-order their iPhones with them. Hopefully you all get resolution soon.

i pre-ordered at the store bcoz the online website is haphazard. collected my ip11 on saturday. ask the salesperson why late? not enough stock and not all pre-ordered are available yet. for walk-in, need to wait 2 weeks.

why i chose senq/senheng.... for the points and trade-in my old phone plus vouchers plus treatpoints plus extra 1 yr warranty plus pay installment with no charge (6mths)

more benefit compared to other shops that i surveyed prior to pre-order
