I have issue with Sen Heng also for delivery but it wasn't for phone. Their problem is that their online store like in Lazada Lazmall/official webstore don't seem to talk to their HQ so each time they have to investigate or escalate and then nothing happens. Wait 2-3 weeks for delivery of household item with no update. Then after escalate get them to cancel they try deliver anyways a few days later lol So if you don't want to wait so many weeks I would escalate and demand a refund.

Yeap if you physically go to the store itself, check the stock arrange delivery there then it's alright but if you have to deal with online even their official store you will have headaches. Just check out their profile in Lazada, so many comments and complaints. Sorry OP and those that pre-order their iPhones with them. Hopefully you all get resolution soon.
