i wish to get Mate 20 upgrade from mate 9, hopefully retail dont "goreng" price because of google.

that group own by technave chinese (sponsor or PAID by Huawei Malaysia) and many senior Huawei management is there, if Huawei management can silence user, how far you think it go ?
Look at green gate, u can't find any post over there.
Look at huawei mate 20 pro promise 3D camera features which doesn't have till now, but who ever ask, that post disappear.

Despite all said and done, Huawei is facing a problem, we all know that. No point blaming the staff for facing this critical issue now because they also have to try to contain the fall off.

Time will tell if within 3 months how many apps writer can join their platform, or convert the apps to make it compatible. They have dump in money only since 2 weeks ago, so expect some changes, although it may not be quick. Nonetheless, unlike Windows platform, there is existing market for the new huawei platform (china users), so lets wait and see.

This Google fiasco opened up our eyes and ears, as we all know that in critical time such as now, open platform like Google can be weaponised for political end. 'Critical' as in when America felt their dominant business position is being threatened, which, from the way it looks, will be the case for quite a long time to come.

It is therefore for end users like us to be smart enough NOT to be too dependent on American platform, be it Google ecosystem, or IOS. I am one of them too to be honest. But this experience really taught us not to be too dependent on American system from now on.

I will slowly wean myself off Google OS and its ecology, but not necessarily convert to Chinese made ones. Rather I would prefer other paid services from more independent provider, either European or other open platform. I have used Firefox for quite some time, with its Sync ability, it behave as good, if not better, than Chrome. I believe there are other equivalent apps too.

Lazada , WeChat, alot Apps is available now at Huawei appgallery.

Huawei got own app gallery and this week suddenly so many apps inside for download. Even Hong Leong online app is available now

Technave was actually good back in the days, until they got "kidnapped" by the people from Huawei...

Just avoid that rubbish page, many other better ones around.

Things will get better from time to time, there's a reason why they dumped in so much money for developers to integrate their app into the App Gallery...

Even HLB is already available in the App Gallery, baby steps man.

We are forced to follow Google as currently its the best platform.
Try to use Chinese ones and within 5 mins, you will be dragged to use back Google as Chinese platform is too laggy and buggy.
China has only themselves to blame as they couldn't produce their own platform.
Google will still be a dominant platform for at least a century.

Basically Huawei is same like Proton. After 30 years, Proton still unable to produce their own engine. WTF!
So if one day, engine manufacturers refuse to sell engine to Proton = bye bye diu nia sing.

Root cause is huawei, so I avoid huawei at all cost
