this is what happen to me.
2.** pm. doing unboxing and check this issue.
2.** contact Huawei customer service via lazada chat with my issue. (they ignore me).
3.** i click return and otw to MBE for return, Huawei CS call,ask me visit service central for them to inspect and 1 to 1 exchange.
4.** arrived huawei service central, when they check my imel, they said my phone is registered on 15/04/2020 with extended warranty till 15/04/2022 (she wrote me a note as proof but not allow me to snap photo on their PC.
another CS told me curve screen is like with green bar n bla bla bla (this trigger me), i told her " if ur logic is true, why display all faulty device", than she keep quiet.
after some discussion, she promise and try to get approver from Huawei Main Office for 1 to 1 exchange.
10 minute after i left, she call and told me, she get the info wrong, she saw registered date but warranty should start on Arrived date (really skeptical, how could she saw wrong thing, if wrong how could she state warranty date and extended warranty date ? ) and my unit should be arrive their office in 5 day.
i do feel skeptical with HUAWEI MALAYSIA MANAGEMENT, seem like they cooking something behind our back.
