The last time i've spoken to the guy from Machines (i suppose should be the same as Switch), he say must completely crack or not-usable only can claim for 1-1 exchange with my Machines Protection Plan (i think i paid RM 259 for it when I purchased my Series 5).
Alang alang scratches or bumps cannot exchange.
p/s he say I can intentionally destroy it if i want to make the claim. (Don't try if not needed haha)
Best to just walk in Switch and ask lor
Mine expiring soon and the battery seems to be really weak after 2 yrs of usage. I'm gonna give it a try within the next few weeks
Got it from SG. The glass is sapphire, definitely sturdier.
Im using aw5 ss version (my set) but unfortunately still have few hairline scratches on its so called sapphire crystal despite pretty careful. If its really sapphire crystal, surely this is the lousiest sapphire crystal glass on watch that i ever had. None of my traditional watches that came with sapphire have hairline scratches. Even those traditional watches with mere normal glass also dont have issue. El cheapo smartwatches like OG Huawei Watch, Gear S2 and Gear S3 don’t have any scratches on its display (perhaps bezel design on gear did help) after all this years.
Now end up putting UV glass on the sapphire crystal. Lol

thats the reason stopping me from getting SS version if not mistaken I watch some other video from Jerry is due to the purity of the sapphire sapphire Mohs scale of mineral hardness is at 9, of course this does not translate directly when it is process to become glass, mixing some other substance to make glass

Too bad, i missed out this video when doing the purchase. Too much excited for getting 1st AW. Haha. Other than the hairline scratches, the watch serves me well 😊

This is rather surprising. The Sapphire Crystal was tough solid on my very first Gen Apple Watch back then. Things must have downgraded now. Just Apple being Apple.
Guys, can pls check if all of you no longer have the haptic vibrations bar anymore setting anymore? Previous there was but I just reset my watch and now I realised its gone. So can let me know if you are also on the same page as me? Thanks

They remove it already with a new software update. AW6 will not have it (hardware). Just like the iPhone. Hopefully, they will add more battery instead of making the AW more thinner.
Thanks !! I was wondering if its something wrong with my iWatch or iPhone...

should i just wait for apple watch 6 at this rate? But looking at the rumored features, don't seem to differ much. Hmm. Except for the sleep tracking. I do want to have a better sleeping pattern myself.

Wait for just a day. If they do come out today, S5 will drop in price. So any how also it's worth to wait.

why can't wait...?
it's not like 1 year later from now...
and i heard 6 will have micro-led which consumes less power
Okay so WatchOS7 is now live - a couple of new watch faces added from the Beta OS7.
Not much of a difference for me because I came from Beta 1 until the final Beta. For those who are new to Sleep Tracking and how to maximize your watch’s battery to utilize the sleep function is to charge it before sleep.
My watch takes about 1.5 - 2 hours to be fully charged and always 100% by the time I go to bed. By morning, my battery will be around 92-93% to start the day. This is usually sufficient for me to last the whole day since I only use the Workout App for my workouts and the rest is just standard notifications and looking at time / schedule.
I switched off the handwash feature, personally find it irritating.
