Hi all. I got contacted by agent telling new development called Project Riamas coming this October at Desa Satumas area. It is 230k n need to pay 10% deposit now to book. Is this legit?

Actually is The Hipster the same thing as Residensi Desatumas? The one that is almost completed is which one? Sorry for my ignorance

It's a decent neighbourhood, but only if you don't mind driving out for work and other daily/social activities.If you're looking into a project within walking distance to a public transit station, you'd best look elsewhere as this project (and others within the vicinity) isn't one of them. |
