many comment on AK project may have problem..but sometimes it is not just the developer problem, it may be cause by the contractor also..so should not just focus solely on developer , maybe can research on contractor as well

The SPA is between buyer and developer hence onus on developer to deliver per SPA say, understand easier said than done for our marketplace and the culture of our authorities

Anyone has managed to get their S&P's stamped and returned for Hipster?

Seems like buyers from Nov 2019 till now have yet to get the stamped S&P, correct me if I am wrong?

I'll just chalk it down to different people have different requirements and priorities in life, and will be able to make their own adjustments based on what goes on in their lives.
