As i mentioned, the problem its CHINA seller where courier fees is high so even if its the tvbox that is faulty they probably will not even provide warranty for u let alone an adapter.

U will have better luck with local seller, or thru Lazada.

wat he/she want is just his/her consumer right . he/she thinks that the seller should & must replace for him/her should the product faulty....

he/she should buy from china seller in the first place .. but what to do , he/she want the cheaper price and yet demand this and that . maybe he/she never sell things online before and thats why he/she wont understand .

1. I believe TS did survey before purchase. At the end you choose the cheapest one with limited hardware power. Than you shouldnt slap your own mouth by saying it's lousy product as per post #14

2. IPTV with free to view app is not stable anywhere, with a lot of ads and also heavily depends on your network stability. You shouldnt complaint about this also.

3. Now is year 2019, i believe most of the people should already have enough experience to buy online. If warranty is your concern, dont buy from oversea. I think this is basic knowledge for online buyer.

4. Yes linglang the seller is wrong. Because seller didnt state clearly about the warranty claim. Seller should learn from mobile device seller, and state clearly that warranty claim is just simply help you to send back to China. But seller is not wrong at all, most of the electric product didnt give warranty to adapter also.

5. By the way, no one defending China IPTV la bro, the fact is all IPTV box no matter what brand, also come from China bro. EVPAD , LONGTV those branded here in Malaysia also is China Set. Just do some branding , SIRIM & provide stable APP saja.

To share you my experience. I research and study alot online and bought TX6 (at least not the cheapest in price and hardware at Lazada from Local seller), is good and working great. But i understand the meaning of FREE APP so i didnt complaint about the stability of viewing experience nor the skin of start up.

Within a week i purchase EvPad (from shopee) and happy until now.

Dont get me wrong, Tx is still a great device if you know how to play around and use the right app.

If you are interested, i can sell you my Tx6.

Agree with all your posts except this. Cheapest means expect lousy reliability? you buy proton saga expect it to break down on first month? Even for cheapest electronic also, seller have some responsibility to replace if its spoil.

When speak of this again, i now suspect seller well aware of this adapter issue on his tx5. Anyhow, already moved on. General buyers should read & understand useful discussion here.

yes, you buy saga, you expect the power windows to cease functioning earlier than other brands
