i thought 12% is only for thinkpad or is it for all lenovo laptop? to get the shopback 12%, i have to click shopback apps/website first and it will direct me to lenovo malaysia website and buy from there is it?

12% cashback for all Lenovo purchases on Shopback app for today only. Usually it's only 4.5% cashback

Download Shopback app first, and search for Lenovo. You will be directed to Lenovo website on Shopback"s own browser. Here your purchases will be tracked.

Btw I just purchased my ideapad 5i.

Yeah I kind of cheated. I loaded my saved cart which has the IPS screen and proceeded to pay from there. Hope I get what I want 🤫

Hi, i am actually looking at Yoga S740 (15") and Ideapad S540 (15") at the website. But it seems that both are out of stock in the website for quite some time already. Should i go for Asus vivobook S15 instead?

Thanks in advance for your suggestion!

What was the estimate given when ordering?
There are some model/config which clearly states "Ships more than 8 weeks" (the statement is grammatically wrong though)

Hi. Could anyone recommend me an Ideapad 3 Slim which has extra ram slot and nvme slot for future upgrade. Call up Lenovo Malaysia today but not helpful. Preferably lowest budget possible.

Hello Thinkpaders, I'm a foreigner who's been stuck in KL since the start of MCO, but I've been loving Malaysia, so that's ok. The only problem is my Thinkpad has been having problems.

Can anyone recommend a computer repair shop in KL?

I'm guessing my motherboard may need some minor soldering work. I have a 1st gen X1 extreme which is working mostly ok except that one of the RAM slots is having issues. Most of the time it will not boot with both RAM slots filled. Sometimes, but rarely it will boot and work just fine until there's any light movement or shock (even typing on the keyboard), then it will crash. It seems like there is something that shouldn't be making contact shorting the system.

So again, I would appreciate any repair shop recommendations that can do more advanced board repairs. Thanks!
