Landed and high rise are different species. Historical price trend of dpc landed is unlikely to replicate by high rise. Given number of high rise to vp, launched and to launch in dpc, many of high rise buyers will be disappointed.

Thanks boss giggs n longshot gor to bring up the westside series comparison which abit lack of info for me. I planing to get a unit in dpc for ownstay. Y'all comment is precious, Westside 1 seem not bad for ownstay, i think westside 1 also facing nkve highway right? So the noise pollution will be the concern?

Actually, all the condos in DPC and other township is suitable for ownstay. Depending on your requirements, expectations and budget.

Why Westside 1, Nadia and Northshore also not bad.
Again, depends on individuals and their requirements.

Dpc landed price raises is probably capped by its current price. Ie: 2.5m for terraces and 5 to 10m for bungalows.

So the relatively "affordable" entry is in the condos. For ppl who want to stay in dpc.
