Hi dear sifu here, have been comparing pp type C 16xx spf n allevia for ownstay because this 2 project almost the same launching date and the size psf also around the figure.
I know lyn alot of thread comparing dpc n mk but for myself I often to travel between kepong n mk thus this 2 area is quite no problem for me. love dpc environment n township but mk also not far from this.
Just want extra information b4 making decision. ππ»

Thanks man!!! I have been visit dpc sales gallery, been told pp will launch in sept/Oct, anyone VVIP know the actual launch date n package? |

Just passby today, can see few truck are in the site. So everything is ready to go? And i notice there is a road open to near villa manja guard house. This will be another entrance for dpc entry?

Thanks boss giggs n longshot gor to bring up the westside series comparison which abit lack of info for me. I planing to get a unit in dpc for ownstay. Y'all comment is precious, Westside 1 seem not bad for ownstay, i think westside 1 also facing nkve highway right? So the noise pollution will be the concern?
