QUOTE(iwubpreve @ Aug 20 2019, 08:43 AM) by the way i saw 40w and 65w charger in option. only charge fast matter? Ryzen 3xxx is pretty much a APU (GPU+CPU) and their max power consumption is quite low (though it varies depending on how the OEM configure it). From notebookcheck, they tested a max power consumption of 40W+/- for E595. For me, I definitely will top up the additional RM6 to upgrade the charger to 65W, as 65W charger is harder to find. Also, more headroom for your charger means it may work at a lower load, putting less stress to the charger in long run.

QUOTE(Benefon @ Aug 20 2019, 09:10 AM) Comes with 2 type C ports. U can do with charger and link to docking and another for charging 45W charger when connects to docking station which has 2 external monitors, outcome might be either 1 monitor not enough power juice to function. Swap with 65W charger, then everything works fine. This post has been edited by loutze: Aug 20 2019, 09:22 AM

Type c port , can used to charging at same time. This post has been edited by Benefon: Aug 20 2019, 09:25 AM

QUOTE(iwubpreve @ Aug 20 2019, 08:42 AM) Some model come without antenna. U need to add on antenna with WWAN card upgrade. Some is LTE ready, mean u need to add on WWAN card To work with nano Sim. The nano Sim tray is ready onboard.

For my experience, such as X1 Carbon 6th Gen, inside the Sim tray can put micro SD card with nano Sim.

My SG one T495 got add on LTE ready while the X395 I didn’t add on cause due to price is higher and I had the WWAN already.

Import license is missing and it's required for clearance. Seems like every single Lenovo shipment got this issue. You think they'd know what to do by now and issue it together instead of waiting.

I think Lenovo Malaysia only issue import license, which I guess together with SIRIM/MCMC certification once the item reached Malaysia.

So as expected, i received my parcel today (even though my estimation arrival date is 21 August). i will post pictures later. but a few initial issues i faced today with the laptop was this:
- keyboard layout (solved via changing region) - wrong time and date (solved via windows services) - auto brightness (solved via installing amd radeon software and turning off vari-bright) - track-pad takes time to get use to as the left and right click is above the track-pad instead of below
Other than that, the laptop was better than expected and i am very happy with it. battery life will need more time to evaluate, but seems to run down very fast, currently using a 250 nits display and i'm getting about 6 hours estimated time from the built in estimation software of the laptop (lenovo vantage).
